After long days and many hours campaigning, early on the morning of January 2016, C. H, “Hank” Partin officially became the new Sheriff of Montgomery County. It was now time to start putting his plans into action. Although not a part of his campaign pledges, Sheriff Partin also had other plans for the Sheriff’s Office.
